Support - A successful partnership is our aim
What support is available?
In a nutshell, we want to form a successful partnership with our clients. Below is an overview of the type of support on offer.
Phase 1. Set up and implementation
During the setup of the product we will work closely with you to ensure you are always aware of the progress being made around your customer booking site and payment gateway integration work.
We will also provide an agreed level of support with setting up your studio and customer related data.
As part of this initial stage we will provide training to a member of your staff and also give you access to training material.
Phase 2. Ongoing support
Unless otherwise agreed you will receive our standard support cover Monday-Friday 10am-4pm. During this time you will be able to contact us via a dedicated support number.
We are also in the process of implementing an online support forum so you can log any issues or suggestions for the products there. We will update you as soon as it is available.
If you require support outside of these hours then we can discuss these requirements with you and any associated costs this would incur.
