• Stripe Invoices

You can now raise Stripe invoices directly from within Studio Manager with full control over payment due dates.  When these invoices are paid Studio Manager will also manage the process of updating your bookings.

• Scheduled Invoices

For more expensive bookings we have added the ability to create custom invoicing schedules. E.g. Initial deposit and final balance payment etc.

You no longer have to worry about creating and managing invoices for bookings, Studio Manager will take care of it.      

• Quotes

The management and creation of quotes have been completely rebuilt to match the process of making a booking within Studio Manager.

This approach helps to keep consistency within the Studio Manager User experience.   

• Booking Process

The booking process has been updated to allow the addition of “add on products” and the completion of custom booking forms when making a new booking.  Previously these were only available once the initial booking had been made.

• Search

The existing search facility used to be available as a dashboard feature.  Whilst this was good we felt that having the search feature available at all times, no matter what task you were carrying out, would be better.  The search has now been added to the header to achieve this outcome.

• Dashboard

The existing dash board has been completely rebuilt to achieve a better user experience, especially around editing those features you want to have on your dashboard.

Quick Book, Quick Book by Resource and Quick Quote have all been removed and replaced with permanent buttons on the dashboard.

These changes will also facilitate lots of new features that we are planning to add to the dashboard.

• Content & Branding control

We have created and entirely new section within Settings called Branding & Customisation

You will be able to:

1. Change the design of your customer booking site
2. Custom forms branding
3. Email template creation & customisation
4. Business policy document content – e.g. Terms and Condition
5. Social Media links
6. Custom service unavailable message content

• Improved UI

We have amended the look and feel slightly within the site to improve usability and have made several improvements to allow us to move a step further to retiring the mobile view of the system.  Lots planned for this in the future.

• Custom forms

Studio Manager has supported custom booking forms from version 1.2 but the creation of these has always been a task that we have taken on for our customers as support.

With this release you can now create and manage all aspects of your booking and quote forms.

Both the custom booking and quote forms are fully available within Studio Manager and can be exported to PDF.

NB: Please note that custom booking forms are not available within the customer booking engine at present but we are already working on that for the next planned release.

NB: Quote forms are only available to your customer by embedding them in your existing site.  Please contact us for help setting this up.  We are also working on making these available within your customer booking engines.
